We ship once a week. We use UPS and USPS for shipping.

  • All purchases, once shipped are final.
  • You can cancel your order any time before it shipped and we will refund you. Email us at motherearthgarden@yahoo.com or through our contact form in our website.
  • We package our item/plant with care but we will not be responsible for any delays, lost or damages cause by carrier/weather. All sales are final once shipped. However, in any incident of damage and lost we will help you to figure things out with the carrier. It is also important to let us to know if you want to purchase additional insurance if you are planning to purchase an expensive item/plant.
  • Yes, just let us know if you want an additional shipping insurance for your security and peace of mind especially if you are making a big purchase.
  • We are not liable for additional shipping or replacement item cost. New postage cost will be the customers responsibility.
  • We pack each plant with care but since we cannot control the weather or the carrier, we do not offer any guarantee. These are live plants as the proper care is with the purchaser once the plant is out of our care. We offer heat pack during cold season for an additional fee.
  • We cannot guarantee requests to combine separate orders. We will do our best to accommodate this type of request but it is not guaranteed.
